Who We Are

A Law to provide for the Establishment of a Hospitals Management Boards System in the state to Administer Health Services of the State, for the Functions of the Boards and for Matters Incidental thereto or connected therewith.

There shall be established for the State a Board to be known as the State Hospitals Management Board (herein after referred to as the Board).

The Board shall be a body corporate with perpetual succession and a common seal and shall have power to sue and be sued in its corporate name and to acquire, hold or dispose of movable and immovable property for the purposes of its functions under this Law.
